Police cordon off Chennai's key railway station following explosion

A bomb blast at Chennai's Central railway station a while ago has injured eight persons, one of them critically, reports Vicky Nanjappa.

A team from the Tamil Nadu bomb squad has been rushed to the spot and the entire area is being sanitised.

Police officials too who have rushed to the spot to investigate the explosion.
