LIVE! Delhi HC finds BJP, Cong guilty of taking foreign funds

Celebrations at AAP following this verdict. The Delhi High Court has found both the Congress and the BJP guilty of taking donations to party funds from foreign funds. Slamming both the parties, the HC said both the parties took donations running into several crores of rupees. The order was based on a PIL alleging that the Congress and the BJP received funding from subsidiaries of United Kingdom-based Vedanta Resources in violation of various Indian laws.
