LIVE! Kejriwal takes on Modi with a dip in the Ganga in Varanasi

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal hit Varanasi this morning to determine by a referendum during his rally later in the day, whether he should take on Narendra Modi. Kejriwal has said that it was time to defeat both the NDA and the UPA and therefore it was not just about challenging the BJP's prime-ministerial candidate, Narendra Modi.

The BJP has decided to field Modi for the Lok Sabha elections from Varanasi as well as Vadodara in his home state Gujarat.
