LIVE! IPL probe nauseating, BCCI prez must step down, fumes SC

The Supreme Court has said that in its view BCCI president N Srinivasan must step down for a free and fair probe in the IPL spot fixing scandal. Calling the situation 'nauseating' the SC asks, "Why is Srinivasan sticking to his chair. If you don't step down, then we will pass the order.

"The probe panel report in sealed envelope contains very very serious allegations and unless BCCI President steps down, no fair probe can be conducted. We can't divulge details of the report in an open court, the court says, allowing the BCCI counsel to go through a certain portion of the report.

The SC has adjourned the case to March 27.
