Modi to address rally Bihar's Saharsa today

BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is scheduled to hold a rally in Bihar's Saharsa on Monday.

Elaborate security arrangement have been in place to ensure security for Modi, who was targeted during a previous rally in Patna in Bihar.
