Photojournalist gang-rape case: A Mumbai court has accepted Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam's application of framing of additional charges on the three common convicts in the photojournalist gang-rape case, for repeated offence under Section 376(e) of the IPC. The maximum penalty under Section 376(e) of IPC is capital punishment.
