A search is resuming in the southern Indian Ocean
for objects that could be debris from the missing Malaysia Airlines
flight MH370, reports BBC.
Bad weather and rough seas have been hampering the operation. Five planes will search a vast area south-west of Perth, Australia.
Meanwhile, Australian PM Tony Abbott has called China's Xi Jinping to update him on the situation. During the phone call, Xi thanked Abbott for Australia's help in the search, and said: "As long as there is a glimmer of hope, we need to give 100 pc of our efforts," Xinhua news agency reports.
