Kirron, Gul file nomination papers from Chandigarh

Kirron Kher, the BJP candidate from Chandigarh, files her nomination papers. The picture was tweeted by her husband, actor, Anupam Kher.

Kirron filed her papers with the returning officer in Chandigarh followed by AAP candidate Gul Panag.

Kirron was accompanied by Anupam Kher, local BJP President Sanjay Tandon two times ex-MP Satya Pal Jain.

Putting up a brave face despite meeting initial resistance from certain sections of the local BJP against her candidature, Kirron said that there were no differences within the party.
