LIVE! Tarun Tejpal gets permission to meet ailing mom

The Goa bench of the Bombay High Court has allowed Tarun Tejpal permission to meet his ailing mother. Hearing on the bail plea of Tehelka magazine's founder editor Tarun Tejpal, charged with rape and sexual assault of a junior journalist colleague in November last year, will be heard by the Bombay high court today.

Tejpal, currently lodged in the Sada subjail.
