1 killed, 16 injured in New York building explosion

One person has been killed and 16 injured in the building collapse in New York. Firefighter, police and the bomb squad are on the scene of the collapse in Manhattan's East Harlem.

An energy company Consolidated Edison spokesman Bob McGee said the utility received a call of a gas leak at 9:13 am, CNN reported.
