CBI files first charge sheet in 2G scam

The CBI has filed its first charge sheet in the coal blocks allocation case before a Delhi court. The CBI names Navabharat Power Pvt Ltd and its two directors, P Trivikrama Prasad and Y Harish Chandra Prasad, as accused in the charge sheet. The accused have been charge sheeted for the offence of cheating, criminal conspiracy under IPC.
