Police stop Kejriwal's convoy on the way to Modi's residence

So, as expected, no meeting between Arvind Kejriwal and Narendra Modi. Kejriwal's convoy was stopped at Gandhinagar while he was on his way to Modi's residence. Kejriwal has not been detained, but the police want to know if he has an appointment with Modi and whether he has the requisite permission through pass through the area.

Incidentally, not once, during any of his numerous rallies across the country, has Narendra Modi ever mentioned Arvind Kejriwal by name.
