Gujarat cops were reporting my movement to someone: Kejriwal

NDTV reports: Arvind Kejriwal today resumed his tour of Gujarat after a day of dramatic protests and clashes that followed his brief detention yesterday, which he described as harassment on the orders of Chief Minister Narendra Modi.

The Aam Aadmi Party leader has alleged that the police were constantly reporting his movements to "someone" on the phone.
