SC issues contempt notice to man who threw ink at Subrata Roy

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has issued a contempt of court notice to former advocate and ink thrower Manoj Sharma. The SC took suo moto cognizance of the the incident which happened at the court lawns yesterday when Sahara chief Subrata Roy was presented before the court. Sharma threw black ink on Roy's face calling him a thief and a person who looted from the nation.

SC says the ink attack was deemed as an obstruction of justice.
