The Supreme Court, while handing out the order, said, "We are not happy with the proposal of Sahara on refund of money. They have not come up with concrete proposal or a bank guarantee.

"You can't make payment in cash as it is contrary to law. You have to make payment through demand draft or cheque," SC tells Roy.

The SC said apart from Subrata Roy, two other male directors will also be taken into custody, but "not woman director Vandana Bhargava."
