RBI issues notes with ex-governor Subbarao's signature

Reports our correspondent from New Delhi: In a major goof up, the Reserve Bank of India issued currency notes of Rs 1,000 denomination with the signature of former governor Duvvuri Subbarao instead of the present governor Raghuram Rajan. The banks will exchange these notes though it is an illegal tender.
