Tirkit retaken by Iraq government forces

Iraq state TV has announced that the security forces have retaken the city of Tirkit that had fallen to Sunni militants belonging to the ISIS group. The city had been taken over by the militants two weeks ago. However, insurgents dispute the claims, saying they are in full control of the city.
