Jaya promises to take action against builders

Following the 11-storeyed under construction building collapse in which 50 people are feared to be trapped, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa has promised action against the builders. She expressed shock at the incident and said that all help has been sought and the NDRF officials will also help in rescue efforts.
