Innerwear that safeguards women from assault by sending an electric shock to the assailant, developed by a 24-year-old aeronautical engineer in Chandigarh, is just one of the innovative ideas that will be part of "innovation scholars in-residence'' programme hosted by the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
