Rainman Modi ready with contingency plan for delayed monsoon

PM Narendra Modi is sitting up and taking note of the delayed monosoon. Modi says the Centre and states should proactively mount a coordinated effort in implementing the advance action plan for the monsoon. A meeting held by the PM said that the monsoon is delayed but likely to improve in next two months. For now, a contingency plan for more than 500 districts is ready.
