This is gross negligence: Lalu on train derailment

Former railway minister Lalu Prasad Yadav has slammed the government after the Delhi-Dibrugarh train derailed near Chhapra in Bihar. "This is gross negligence on part of the government. They are still busy in celebrating their win," he said, adding that if the Maoists had announced a blockade then why were no precautions taken.
