India asks its citizens in Thailand to take precautions

India today advised its nationals in Thailand to take usual precautions for their safety and keep track of developments in the crisis-hit country.

The Indian embassy issued a statement asking Indian citizens in the country to take precautions, a day after the military government here lifted curfew across the nation. Certain provisions of martial law will still continue to be in effect, the statement said.
