Turning emotional while talking about crimes against women in the country, PM Modi says incidents such as the HP tragedy, the rapes in UP, they make us introspect. The government has to act strong. I plead to the state governments, we should stop analysing these rape incidents. We have to stop belittling the dignity of our sisters and mothers.
