On day four of the rescue operations in the Manali dam tragedy, a sixth body, that of a boy, was recovered on Wednesday. But 18 students and one tour guide are still missing.

All 25 of them were washed away in a river surge on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Himachal Pradesh police have registered a case against Larji Dam authorities for culpable homicide not amounting to murder and causing death due to negligence.

Chances of finding any survivors are dim, say officials.
