West Bengal: Five injured in clashes over lowering of school fees

Five people including a police officer were injured when clashes broke out between police and aggrieved parents at a school in West Bengal over lowering of fees.
The incident happened on Tuesday at Akondaberia High School Kaliachowk, Malda. The parents wanted to submit a deputation demanding lowering of fees for class 11 students but they started pelting stones and lobbed crude bombs after the school refused to agree.
