Azad appointed Leader of Congress in Rajya Sabha

Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad has been appointed the Leader of Congress in Rajya Sabha, party spokesperson Janardan Dwivedi said. Former Union Minister Anand Sharma made the deputy leader of Congress in Rajya Sabha, Dwivedi added.
