"Koi aapse keh kar toh nahi ja raha ke balaatkar karne ja raha hai, info toh hoti nahi, ye samajik burai hai. Isme bechaare Akhilesh ya Mulayam-ji kya kar sakte hain?" he said. (The perpetrator/rapist will not tell you that he is on his way to commit a rape. There is no such information (available with the government). It's a social evil. So, what can poor Akhilesh and Mulayam do?)

Gaur was speaking on the increased incidences of rapes in UP.
