Mild quake hits Pakistan

A mild earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale rattled parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in northwest Pakistan today. According to the MeT office, the earthquake's epicentre was located in Koh Hindu Kush in Afghanistan.

It said that tremors were felt in Peshawar, Swat and Chitral. There are no immediate reports about any damage caused by the quake.
