India will pay homage to the martyrs of the Kargil War, as the army celebrates 'Vijay Diwas' at the war memorial in Drass.

Army Chief General Bikram Singh will be in Drass today, a day ahead of the Vijay Divas to pay tribute to the martyrs of the Kargil War, 15 years after the conflict.
