11 Shiv Sena members of Parliament forced a Muslim staff member at Maharashtra Sadan to break his Ramzan fast. According to sources, the Sena leaders were unhappy that they were not being served Maharashtrian food. Following the incident, IRCTC, which provides the catering, has written to the officials seeking that action be taken. Maharashtra Sadan has already apologised to the official for the abuse. Sanjay Raut, Sena MP, has however, rubbished the claims, saying the allegations are baseless.
