Rebels heavily trained because they are helped by Russia: Obama

Obama talks tough says that the rebels are "heavily armed and heavily trained" and it is because they are helped by Russia.
"We don't know exactly what happened yet and I don't want to get ahead of the facts, but what I do know is that we have seen a ticking up of violence in eastern Ukraine," he said.
"We have increasing confidence the shot came from areas controlled by the separatists."
"This certainly will be a wake-up call for Europe and the world that there are consequences to an escalating conflict in eastern Ukraine. It is not going to be localised, it is not going to be contained."
