External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has been busy focusing on foreign policy and of course the rescue and repatriation of Indians stuck in Iraq. But if you've noticed, the normally vocal Parliamentarian, has maintained a studied silence over all issues. Is the maun vrat self-imposed, we wonder?
