Mamata smarts at 'insults and rejection' of Bengal in rail budget

Has anybody seen such insults and rejection? Bengal has been totally deprived by the now Central Govt: West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on the rail budget.

If you recollect, in 2011, when Banerjee was a railway minister, the BJP had called the rail budget an "election manifesto" for West Bengal Assembly polls which has "ignored" the rest of the country.

"Mamata Banerjee's rail budget is like an election manifesto. The entire focus is on West Bengal, and the rest of India has been totally neglected," BJP General Secretary Ananth Kumar had said.
