Court rejects CBI closure report in DSP Zia-ul-Haq murder case

A special court on Tuesday rejected the closure report of the Central Bureau of Investigation in Kunda Deputy SP Zia-ul-Haq's murder case in Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. The court has asked the investigating agency to re-investigate the case.

UP Minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya was the key accused in the case. The CBI had in its closure report gave clean chit to Raja Bhaiyya and his four aides -- Gulshan Yadav, Hari Om Srivastava, Rohit Singh and Guddu Singh.
