Pratibha Patil's brother an accused in murder case

In an embarrassment to former President Pratibha Patil, a court in Jalgaon has named her brother -- Gajendra Narayan Patil -- as an accused in a 2005 murder case.

Vishram Patil was hacked to death in 2005. His wife claims to have witnessed the murder.
