Narendra Modi has introduced a new culture while conducting Cabinet meetings -- complete silence and professionalism.

Union ministers like Ram Vilas Paswan and a couple of other ministers who have served under various prime ministers, have been comparing comparing the styles of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Viswanath Pratap Singh, Chandra Sekhar, Inder Kumar Gujral and even Dr Manmohan Singh.

Comparing the styles of functioning, Paswan says Modi is real taskmaster and has a superb memory, while Vajpayee would give guidance, but would be jovial. Modi has rarely flashed a smile during cabinet deliberations.
