NCW chief writes to President, LG demanding action against Somnath Bharti

National Commission for Women's chief Mamta Sharma has written to President Pranab Mukherjee and Delhi Lt Governor Najeeb Jung demanding action against Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti.

Bharti, who led a midnight raid in Khirki's extension, allegedly misbehaved with Ugandan women.
