CNN-IBN reports: In a no-holds-barred attack on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Shiv Sena's Uddhav Thackeray on Thursday said that Manmohan Singh was the weakest PM India had ever had.

"India hasn't had as weak a Prime Minister as Manmohan Singh. He doesn't get any respect anywhere," Uddhav said at a rally marking the birth anniversary of Shiv Sena founder Bal Thackeray.

The 53-year-old also accused Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde of playing vote-bank politics.

"Shinde tells states to be careful before arresting Muslims in terror cases. Shinde has an eye on the elections. Why should you look at the religion of a person?" he said, adding, "This January 26 will be the last time a Congress Prime Minister speaks from the Red Fort."
