6 killed, 8 injured in Peshawar blast

At least six persons, including two children, were killed and eight others injured in a bomb blast in the restive Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of northwest Pakistan today.

The bomb, planted in a vehicle at a workshop on the busy Kohat-Peshawar Road, went off with a loud bang. The blast killed six persons instantly and injured eight more, a police spokesman said.
