High court tells NGO to move magistrate's court against Kejriwal

An NGO moved the Delhi high court for quashing of the election nomination of Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal for alleged illegalities in his affidavit filed before the Election Commission.

The court refuses to entertain the NGO's plea and directs it to move the appropriate magisterial court.
