AAP not responsible for chaos, says Sisodia

Delhi Education Minister and AAP leader Manish Sisodia has told TV channels that they are not responsible for the 'chaos'.

"We never asked for the metros to be shut,' he sought to point out. "It was the Central government which is responsible for the chaos as they have taken this decision'.
