PM blames CAG for policy paralysis

More on what the PM said:

"We have made some significant changes including passing the anti-rape law last year.

"Education has been considerably improved.

"The biggest success has been that close to 11 crore children are getting mid-day meals.

"Our aim by 2017 is to ensure that 5 crore youth should be trained with new skill sets.

"We have also launched new IITs and IIMs as well as various schemes for empowerment of the youth.

"In the health sector we have has many significant developments.

"I can proudly say polio has been eradicated and Malaria has reduced."

He said government decisions were delayed for fear that CAG may raise objections.
