Army must remain in J-K: Gen Bikram Singh

Army Chief Gen Bikram Singh also warned of a spillover from Afghanistan in J&K in 2014 when US troops withdraw. He says intelligence inputs allude to this. He also said he was against tampering with AFSPA in J&K and the army must stay in the state.
