At Panaji rally, Modi speaks in Goan

Narendra Modi begins his address at St Cruz in Panaji, Goa. This is his first rally in the state after he was nominated as Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate.

He begins the rally addressing his supporters in Goa. "Saadgi, suchita aur Goa ke vikas ke liye poorna samarpan...This is no small thing. I congratulate you for choosing such a government."

"You have chosen Manohar Parrikar as your CM and you must be congratulated for this," he said.
