US urges release of American jailed in Cuba

The United States has renewed its demand that Cuba release American subcontractor Alan Gross, who is serving a 15-year prison sentence there. "The case of Mr Gross is obviously very important for the government," US delegation head Edward Alex Lee said, stressing that the issue has been and "will be a key point in all our interactions with the Cuban government."
