LIVE! 1031 is AAP's new anti-graft helpline; govt official caught taking bribe

Another press conference from Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, this time to announce that a power hotline has been established to report unscheduled power cuts and other complaints related to electricity like faulty meters. The number is 9223166166. Randomly 10,000 letters will be picked and meters scanned, says Kejriwal. 

A four-digit anti-corruption helpline has been launched -- the number is 1031. The earlier number used to be 27357169. He says so far, 11352 calls were made on this helpline. 

Action will be taken within 24 hours of making a complaint, he said and announced that an official of the assistant registrar's office was caught taking a bribe.
