PM Dr Manmohan Singh is expected to land in Mumbai any time now. In fact after his scheduled 3 pm arrival in the city, the PM is headed for Parel at 4 pm. From there he is heading back to Sahar where he will inaugurate the swanky T2 terminal at 5 pm. Expect traffic congestion on Western Express Highway and the Dharavi-Ambedkar road.
