Cong outsources drafting of AICC resolution

Two eminent lawyers, four senior editors, two retired bureaucrats have offered their services to draft the AICC resolution in English. The eight apparently competed to show off their mastery over English, but insiders say that this task was till recently carried out by Pranab Mukherjee with ease.
