ECs rush for EVMs

The Elections Commission is trying to cajole the only two public sector units that make Electonic Voting Machine to provide 20,000 new EVMs for the general elections. Seems that EC did not envisage the sudden increase in polling booths and increase in voters in 154 parliamentary constituencies.
