Clinton's decision wont change my presidential plans: Biden

US Vice President Joe Biden has said his decision to run for president in 2016 won't be swayed by whether former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton chooses to seek the Democratic nomination.

When asked if he had said he would not run for presidency if Clinton runs for the top position, Biden replied, "No, I haven't."

"The only reason to run for the President of the United States is if you truly believe you are in a better position to do what you think is most needed in the country," he said.
